No-Show Policy

A fee of $60 will be charged for any missed appointments. Notice must be given at least one day in advance. Notice may be given via email, telephone, or our online contact form.

Payment Methods

Fees may be paid in-store, via e-transfer, or deferred to insurance (see below). We accept in-store payments of cash, debit card, credit card, or personal checks. Payment for services is due at the end of every session and a receipt will be offered when payment is received. Please retain this receipt for your insurance claims and/or income tax records, if applicable. If you would like to discuss payment options, please contact us via email or telephone.

Insurance Coverage

In many cases, extended health insurance may pay for your visits to the neuro wellness institutePlease check with your insurance provider for coverage and/or direct billing options. For patients who self-bill insurance, please let us know and ask for a receipt. Patients who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident may be eligible to process the cost of treatment through HCAI (Health Claims for Auto Insurance) system as our clinic has registered with FSCO (Financial Services Commission of Ontario).

Discounts

We at the neuro wellness institute offer discounts to students and individuals over the age of 65. If you qualify and would like to receive these discounts, please present a piece of valid photo ID at checkout. An active college or university student card must be presented to qualify for the student discount. ​ The student discount offers 10% off all goods and services. The 60+ discounts offers 15% off all services only. Discounts may not be stacked with another promotion. The student discount and the 60+ discount are mutually exclusive and cannot be stacked.
